Day 41 (Destructible)

June 17, 2022

Good morning Norway

It took me six hours to bike 30 miles today. I’ve never been so slow. I just didn’t have any energy. I ate and stopped. Grocery shopped, ate, and stopped. Ate and stopped. Yet the energy really never came through.

I sat at a lake for about an hour recovering until the rain started. I booked it to a cabin and settled in at about 3:30 PM. I’ve been eating and drinking the entire time presuming that is the cause.

Resting at a lake until it started to rain Even my bike needed a break No shoulder, poor visibility, and lots of trucks

I think I’m done. I’d like to take a week and rest but that’s prohibitively expensive in Norway. I think I’ll head towards Copenhagen and catch a flight home. I’d like to do a backpacking trip in the Sierras.
