My name is Matt Pendergraft. This blog is a place to write about travel and whatever may interest me in the moment. I primarily intend to use it as a personal travelogue but with some technical writing or write-ups of particular deep dives for future reference. I graduated college in 2012 with a degree in biology, and later got my Masters in Computer Science during the pandemic. I worked in backend systems and operations at Papa Murphy’s and Habor Freight Tools.
I’m taking a break in 2022 to accomplish some personal goals including some multi-month long bike tours, backpacking, and pending nuptials.
